All our beautiful, reproduction Windsors have in common the way the craftsman fits the legs to the seat. Universally, the hard maple legs extend entirely through the white pine seat. A hardwood wedge then tightens the leg securely. This is one of the reasons the chairs are so sturdy, lasting for many generations.

Our Windsor chairs are finished with expertly researched colors and surfaces. The milk paints used here are preferred as they were used by early artisans and endure today as rich and durable finishes.

Each Windsor takes weeks to make, just like 200 years ago. They are completely handmade with options in style such as the angle of the seatback, size of the seat, length of arms and color.
